Typically these "masters" have an ESM file extension, but this is just a general guideline. Solution what I applied. Copied whole master file from some other pc (in my case I had a spare one in which it installed perfectly fine with no file missing during integrity check at the last of installation). The master file is about 23gb approx. I replaced my master from the other pc to my default one.

Launch the game and ignore missing esp warnings. Make another NEW SAVE and exit the game. Run Fallrim Tools - Resaver on the new save file and remove unattached instances and undefined elements.
